At Fortifire, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy ensures you have flexibility with your pre-order.

1. Cancellation of Pre-Orders

• You can cancel your pre-order anytime within 7 days of placing the order.
• To cancel, email us at safe@fortifire101.com or use the cancellation option in your account.

2. Refund of Deposit

• Upon cancellation within the 7-day window, you will receive a full refund of the pre-order amount within 7-10 business days.

3. Final Payment Cancellations

• If you cancel after making the final payment but before shipment, a full refund of the final payment and deposit will be processed.

4. Refund Exceptions

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipping has begun.
