Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across most serviceable PIN codes within India.
  • Certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable depending on our logistics partners.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • During promotional periods, launches, festivals, or high order volumes, processing timelines may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders with a cart value of ₹999 and above qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders below ₹999 are subject to a shipping charge of ₹100.
  • Promotional shipping offers, if applicable, will be reflected at checkout.
  • Applicable shipping charges are displayed before payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.
  • Customers can track shipments using the tracking link provided.

Address Changes

  • Shipping address modifications can only be requested before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Customer unavailable after delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Unclaimed shipments may be cancelled after reasonable delivery attempts due to logistics and handling costs incurred.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos of:
    • Product condition
    • Outer packaging
    • Shipping label (if available)

Approved cases will be handled according to our Return & Replacement Policy.
