Shipping Policy

Fortifire is committed to delivering your pre-ordered products safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India but may exclude remote areas such as J&K, Lakshadweep, and Andaman & Nicobar if logistics partners are unable to deliver.
  • No international shipping is available at this time.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Pre-orders will begin shipping from May 2025.
  • Once shipping starts, customers will receive an exact delivery timeline.
  • Standard delivery timelines:
    • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
    • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5-7 business days
    • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

3. Shipping Partners & Methods

  • We use third-party courier services (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.), with no commitment to a specific partner.
  • No in-person pickups are available.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping for prepaid orders (factored into product price).
  • No COD option due to the pre-order model.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Customers will receive tracking details via email and SMS once the product is shipped.
  • Orders can be tracked via a website link provided in the email/SMS.

6. Damaged/Lost Shipments

  • If an order is damaged or lost, customers can request a replacement (subject to verification) within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide photo/video evidence of the issue.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Customers must pay for re-shipping if they want the product to be dispatched again.
  • If the order remains unclaimed, it will be canceled without a refund due to logistics and handling costs incurred.

8. Change of Address

  • Customers can update their shipping address before dispatch by contacting support.
  • Once the order is shipped, no changes can be made.

9. Regional Restrictions

  • If our logistics partners cannot deliver to a specific location, the order may be canceled, and customers will be notified in advance.
